摘要 目的： 验证国产低分子肝素钙(立迈青)用于血液透析(血透)抗凝的疗效和安全性。方法： 15例患者作自身前后交叉对照观察，每例患者各使用立迈青或法安明(低分子肝素钠)进行血透5次，于血透开始时静脉推注立迈青或法安明5000抗FXa IU，不用维持量。结果： 2组患者顺利完成血透各75例次；透析器容量(BCV)减少率、透析1h尿素即刻清除率、白陶土部分凝血活酶时间、血小板及抗FXa活性等2组间均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论： 立迈青作为血透抗凝剂的疗效和安全性与法安明一致。

Abstract Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety ofhome-made low molecular weight heparin(Livaracine) with that of Fragmin.Methods: Fifteenhemodialysis patients were studied in a radomized crossover fashion.All patients wererandomized into Livaracine and Fragmin in five times HD.Livaracine or Fragmin was given atthe initiation of hemodialysis in a single bolus dose of 5 000 anti-FXa IU withoutmaintanent dose.Results: Seventy five dialysis procedures with eitherLivaracine or Fragmin were performed successfully;blood compartment volume of dialyzers,1hour clearance of urea,activated partial thromboplastin time,blood plateletscount,anti-FXa levels were comparable between these two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Livaracinewas effective and safe like as Fragmin.
